Appointment Policy

We understand that appointments may need to be modified or cancelled.  We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge. A fee of $150 will be charged for no shows, cancellations and appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  All future appointments will be cancelled until all fees are paid in full and you will not be allowed to rebook future appointments until this fee has been paid.
